Prices vary depend on size, design and flavour. I do try and accomodate customers budgets.

Yes we deliver, we charge $0.50 for every minute from us to you.

It depends on the cake you have, some cakes can be left out and be ok. However, cakes covered in buttercream, fresh cream etc will need to refridgerated. I recommend customers have the aircon in the car going, keep it out of direct sunlight and to put it in the fridge as soon as you arrive at the destination. I recommend keeping it in it's box also. I recommend not putting cakes with fondant in the fridge, again it will vary depending on the cake you have ordered.

I generally like to transport my cakes with a bit of support around it. I place the box on the floor and surround it with towels, or objects that will keep it from sliding.

I am still learning and of course have not done all types of cakes. I do however take as many different ones as possible, even if I have never done them before. Send through a picture for inspiration and I will always try my best to accommodate. I have strength with buttercream and fondant cakes.

Unfortunately I do not make gluten free cakes.

I require at least a 50% deposit once the order is confirmed to secure your cake, you may also pay upront as well. Payment can be made via bank transfer or cash at pick-up/drop-off. If you opt to pay via cash at pick-up/drop-off I do require a 50% deposit via bank transfer when the order is placed.

Unfortunately, once your cake has been picked up/ dropped off I have a no return policy. If during transport it gets knocked or damaged we can't offer a refund for this. If however, the cake is visibly not what you ordered or you have any complaints please contact me via email and I will ensure that it is resolved.
